Friends who wish to camp in RVs or cars may choose this option when they register, while space remains. Such Friends will be charged a per person fee and a per vehicle fee. No electric, water or septic services will be available. The tentative parking lot for RVs is near Mackal Gym in the southwest corner of campus. (See a campus map). Showers will be available in nearby locker rooms. See relevant fees.
The University allows up to 30 RVs/campers/etc on campus. If this maximum is exceeded during Early Registration, then there will be a lottery while registration is closed April 16-20 to determine which camper-vehicles will be permitted on campus, and which will be placed on a waiting list.
For tent camping, see off-campus camping options below.
This year all tent camping will be several miles from the campus. You will need to arrange your own transportation from area campgrounds. We urge you to make camping reservations as soon as possible! We are going to a tourist area at the height of the camping season. There are already some campgrounds entirely booked. We do not know the latest status of the camping possibilities on this list.
